Make AI earn its keep.

Newton helps established companies turn AI from pilots and promises into production: one painful process at a time, measured in hours returned and margin gained, run by your own team when we leave.

Email one problem worth solving

No forms. No funnels. One email, read and answered by an engineer.

First, the truth

You don't have an AI problem.
You have an inertia problem.

  • The pilot that impressed the board last year still isn't doing real work in production.
  • You pay for AI licenses your team opens twice a month.
  • Your best people spend their afternoons on copy-paste work a machine should have taken over by now.

None of this is a technology gap — the models are ready. What's missing is force applied at the right point. A body at rest stays at rest, and every quarter this stays unsolved, the distance to the competitor who solved it compounds.

How it works

Three steps, in order:
force, application, momentum.

  1. Step 1 · one day

    Find the force.

A working session with the people who actually run your operation. We map where hours and margin really go and leave you with the one use case where AI pays back fastest — and the baseline numbers it has to beat. If that's all you need from us, that's fine.

  2. Step 2 · weeks, not quarters

    Apply it precisely.

We build the system into production — with your data, inside your security perimeter, wired into the tools your team already uses. Kill criteria are agreed before we start: if it doesn't beat the baseline, we stop and say so.

  3. Step 3 · handover

    Build momentum.

Your team is trained, the playbook is written, the costs are visible. You scale what works and retire what doesn't — without us. We leave when you don't need us. That's the point.

What you walk away with

Working systems. Real numbers. No dependency.

A system doing real work

In production, handling the volume your team used to — inside the email, documents, and systems you already run. Not a demo. Not a deck.

Numbers, not vibes

A baseline measured before, results measured after: hours returned, error rates, cost per task. You'll know exactly what it earns you.

A team that can run it

Training for the people who own it and a written playbook for the ones who come next. No black boxes, no retainer required to keep the lights on.

An honest map of what's next

What to automate next, what to leave alone, and where an off-the-shelf tool already solves it cheaper than we ever could.

Who it's for

We're not for everyone.

A good fit

  • You own a P&L — and a process that hurts every single week.
  • You can name the person on your team who'll own the system after handover.
  • You'd rather have one working system than a forty-page strategy.
  • You want your people doing judgment work, not repetition.

Not a fit

  • You need a deck that shows the board "something is happening with AI".
  • You want a chatbot because your competitor launched one.
  • You expect AI to fix a process nobody can describe. It will only speed up the mess.
  • You're shopping for the cheapest possible integration. We'll lose that bid on purpose.
“If a fifty-euro tool solves your problem, we'll tell you to buy the tool.”

Newton is led by Grgur Grisogono, an engineer who has spent more than twenty years shipping software for companies from startups to global enterprises, and co-founded a consultancy that grew to hundreds of people across three continents.

He's watched good initiatives die at every company size — and it's almost never the technology. That's why Newton stays small, senior, and hands-on: the person you talk to is the person who builds, and nobody is paid to make the project bigger than it needs to be.

Fair questions

Asked before. Answered straight.

Where does our data go?

Wherever your policy says — and nowhere else. We build inside your accounts and your security perimeter, use EU-hosted or self-hosted models where it matters, and sign NDAs and data-processing agreements as standard. Your data is never used to train anyone's models.

How long until something actually works?

The working session takes one day. A production system typically ships in two to six weeks, depending mostly on how your data is stored today. If your case will take longer, you'll hear it before you've committed a euro.

What does it cost?

Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before we start — sized against the value of the problem, not the hours we can log. If the numbers don't plausibly return several times the fee, we'll tell you not to hire us.

What if it doesn't work?

Kill criteria are agreed on day one. If the pilot doesn't beat your baseline, we stop. You keep the playbook, the measurements, and a true answer about your business — which is worth more than a zombie project. No sunk-cost theater.

Start with one email.

Describe the process that hurts. We'll reply with an honest read: whether AI can beat it, what it would take, and what it should return. If the answer is “don't bother”, you'll hear that too.
